Job Description:
We are looking for a Mid-Senior GenAI/Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions and a strong background in the telecommunications industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing and deploying Generative AI applications, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), and implementing ML solutions that address telecom use cases such as customer support, network optimization, operations, and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for telecom business use cases.
Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.
Develop scalable ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and solution architects to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Fine-tune foundation models and optimize prompt engineering strategies.
Work with structured and unstructured telecom data to build predictive and conversational AI solutions.
Integrate AI/ML models with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
Ensure AI solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI best practices.

Required Skills
5 8 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies.
Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
Experience implementing RAG architectures, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or Milvus), and prompt engineering.
Experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, model evaluation, and AI application development.
Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
Knowledge of REST APIs, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Telecom Domain Experience (Required)
Candidates should have prior experience supporting telecom clients such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast or similar
