We're currently seeking an Experienced Dental Assistant to join our dedicated and growing team.
Job Description
As a Dental Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for our patients. You will assist our pediatric dentist during routine cleanings and clinical procedures, help maintain a sterile and efficient environment, and be an important part of each patient’s dental journey.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients and treatment rooms for dental visits
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene
- Capture high quality images and dental radiographs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Sterilize instruments and ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly
- Provide outstanding patient care and support
- Collaborate with front office staff to schedule appointments and manage patient flow
Qualifications
- Experienced Dental Assistant, orthodontic experience is a bonus
- 2+ years of experience in pediatric or general dentistry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with dental software (experience with Dolphin Management and Imaging is a plus)
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset
What We Offer
- Pay Range: $20–$25 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Schedule: 32 hours/week – Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
