Bonus Stock Career Growth Excellent Benefits Job Details Job Responsibilities Assist in the development and ongoing review of detailed financial models to enable corporate planning and budgeting. Compile internal and external presentations, including investor presentations, quarterly and YE earnings releases and presentations, board materials, and regular internal reviews. Prepare variance reports, comparing budget expectations to actual results and consensus. Run financial models to analyze impacts of various operational and financial sensitivity cases. Capital markets evaluation and execution. Assist in the evaluation of acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives by developing corporate merger models, analyzing optimal financing structures, and conducting accretion / dilution analysis. Qualifications 2-4 years FP&A experience Bachelors in Finance or Accounting MBA preferred Oil and Gas experience required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
