Job Description

• Set up and operate CNC mills to produce precision parts while meeting quality standards.

• Read blueprints, load programs, make adjustments, and inspect finished parts for accuracy.

• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance to support production.

• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify part dimensions.

• Complete production paperwork and maintain a clean, safe work area.

• Work with CNC equipment, machining tools, and overhead cranes in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• CNC mill setup and operation experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications.

• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with milling, drilling, tapping, deburring, or similar machining operations.

• Familiarity with CNC programming edits and machine adjustments is preferred.

• Ability to work safely, maintain quality standards, and meet production goals.

• Aerospace machining or overhead crane experience is a plus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.52 - $30.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
