Billing & Collections Associate - Hybrid / Westwood, MA Our client, a healthcare organization, is seeking a Billing & Collections Associate to support customer billing and account services. This role focuses on handling account inquiries, resolving billing concerns, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities Assist customers with billing and account-related inquiries. Research and resolve account issues. Process payments and follow up on outstanding balances. Update customer information and account records. Verify coverage and billing details. Document interactions and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of customer service, billing, collections, or related experience. Experience with healthcare billing or insurance processes preferred. Epic experience is a plus.
