You must demonstrate excellent technical skills, excellent critical thinking skills, communication, and customer service skills. **Your Job Requirements:*** # Must be able to work 2pm to 10:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation* # 1 year of previous Laboratory Supervisor experience, preferred.* # 3 years of Lab Scientist experience preferred* # Must be a generalist (Core Lab and Blood Bank)* # Will train in Processing.* # Must be a MT/MLS (4 year degree),* # Supervisor for (micro, serology and point-of-care) Must know at least 2 areas, and will train on the 3rd.# # Methodist Charlton Medical Center is a 314-bed, full-service, acute care teaching hospital that serves Cedar Hill, DeSoto, Duncanville, and Lancaster in southwestern Dallas County.
