Who We’re Looking For Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and 1 year of experience working with children and families OR (in rural Iowa) Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience OR (in rural Iowa) 4 years combined education and experience Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed) Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Bilingual skills are a plus Additional Opportunities Certification as a Parenting Instructor Facilitation of family decision‑making meetings Professional development and leadership pathways Ready to make a difference and grow your career?
