Physical Therapist - Full Time

Position Overview This role involves evaluating, planning, and treating patients in their homes, providing outpatient physical therapy services in Detroit Lakes and Fosston, MN. Key Responsibilities Conduct therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, educate patients and caregivers, and manage discharge planning for a full caseload. Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, billing, scheduling, and other duties. Demonstrate professional communication, supervise support staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes. Coordinate with physicians and adhere to organizational policies, ethical standards, and scope of practice. Flexibly work where patient needs are highest and may serve as a clinical instructor or participate in departmental committees. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. Current licensure in the state of practice. Homecare experience preferred, with valid driver’s license and BLS certification or ability to obtain it within one month. Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills. Additional Details The position offers a flexible schedule (generally Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm), with no weekend, holiday, or on-call duties. The role may include remote or hybrid options and involves working in a day rotation shift. Compensation ranges from $79,497.60 to $119,246.40.
