Sr Endpoint Administrator (10990) Requisition ID 10990 - Posted - IP Tech - Telecommunications - USA.TX.Plano-Granite Pkwy The Senior End-user Compute and Administration Specialist will manage and support the organization's end-user computing environment, including SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Intune, ensuring stability, security, and compliance while providing direct support to end-users. Job Summary Responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and security of the organization's end-user computing environment. Responsibilities Manage and support the end-user computing environment, ensuring the highest level of performance and user satisfaction. Provide daily management and support of the SCCM and Intune environments. Create and manage DNS records, including A and CNAME Records. Serve as the escalation point for the Service Desk and Deskside support group for Windows and Mac OS/software issues. Administer user workstations through the SCCM Console, including software deployment, monthly security update deployment, and remote control for individual troubleshooting sessions. Support VMware Horizon VDI workstations to ensure near-zero downtime for remote customer service agents. Review and deploy Corporate Windows Image and Windows Feature Updates seasonally. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies. Document day-to-day operations and process changes. Mentor team members for skill and personal growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Master’s degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience. Proven experience with SCCM and Intune administration and troubleshooting, and general knowledge of DNS. Strong understanding of Windows Desktop and Mac OS, software management, packaging and deployment. Familiarity with VMware Horizon VDI workstation support. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, focused on customer service. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with JAMF is a plus.
