Keep reading.As a Press Assistant, you play a key role in supporting the setup, operation, changeover, and maintenance of flexographic printing presses. You’ll work side-by-side with the Press Operator to keep production running safely, efficiently, and with minimal waste—helping ensure every job is set up for success.You’ll be joining a 24/7 flexographic printing operation that offers stable, set schedules and competitive pay:Starting Pay: $20.00/hour + 8% shift premium ($21.60/hour)$2,000 sign-on bonusDay Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mon - Wed every other Sunday? No swing or rotating shiftsAre you motivated by hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced production team?In this role, you will:Support the Press Operator during press setup, operation, and changeovers to minimize waste and downtimePrepare for upcoming jobs by staging ink, plates, cores, and materialsRetrieve ink from inventory and assist with cutting and preparing cores as neededPerform general cleaning and empty waste bins to maintain an organized work areaFollow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and safety requirementsAssist with routine press maintenance and support efficient production workflowsCoordinate daily responsibilities with the Operator to keep production running on schedulePerform other duties as assigned to support press and production operationsIf this sounds like you, we want to connect!Prior experience not required, we will train you!Work effectively in an active team environment.Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.Differentiate colors.Add, subtract, multiply, divide, and read a ruler to 1/32 of an inch.What’s in it for you?There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
