Devereux PA Adult Services is looking for a Program Coordinator for Community Group homes in the Berwyn, Paoli and Bryn Mawr areas. As a Program Coordinator you will direct the daily operation of assigned residential facility to assure quality services that meet the therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs of the Individuals in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, established Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, Best Practices, and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with Center Leadership to oversee residential program supervisors and residential staff to ensure our Individuals are safe, healthy, and living in a clean environment. Be empathetic, a team player, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, understand the theories of behavior management and positive reinforcement, and represent yourself as a positive role model. have a strong passion for working with and helping children and adolescents with special needs and possess a valid license. Other requirements include: 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services Three (3) years of human service experience At least one (1) year of supervisory experience Physical Requirements Include: Significant amounts of walking, sitting, and standing.
