Talascend is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator for a long-term contract opportunity with our client in Plano, Texas .


Overview


This role involves supporting communication with outsourced teams, handling escalations, reviewing labor rates, auditing warranty claims, and managing large data sets. The position requires strong attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.


Responsibilities

• Communicating daily with the outsourced team in Rivervale, NJ to assist and resolve issues and escalations
• Handling internal/external escalations from service partners, field operations, and accounts receivable teams
• Reviewing requested labor rates with contracts and updating rates in the system
• Assisting in auditing warranty claims prior to warranty closing
• Compiling and managing large amounts of data from the system
• Preparing ad hoc reports related to warranty trends and costs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Good communication skills
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel
• Demonstrated ability to perform the duties of this position through relevant experience, training, or education
