Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Opportunities for Comprehensive and Fellowship-Trained Specialists

Our organization is on the lookout for both Comprehensive Otolaryngologists and fellowship-trained experts in Rhinology and Pediatric ENT to become part of our established, physician-led practice located in the Twin Cities.

Rhinology

Become a part of our expanding rhinology program, which includes:

• A specialized outpatient surgery center equipped with image-guided technology

• Modern in-office procedure suites

• Established referral networks

• A strong collaboration with neurosurgery for complex skull base cases

This role allows you to develop a thriving subspecialty practice with the necessary support and infrastructure already established.

Pediatrics

Join a bustling, community-focused pediatric ENT practice that offers:

• A solid referral network from pediatricians and family medicine practitioners

• High demand for essential procedures such as ear tubes, tonsillectomies, and adenoidectomies

• Opportunities to explore additional clinical interests

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-volume, relationship-oriented pediatric setting.

About Our Practice

Our organization has proudly served the community for over 110 years , dedicated to providing high-quality, cost-effective care with a patient-centered approach. We are a physician-led group of 17 providers , which includes:

• 8 Otolaryngologists

• 5 Facial Plastic Surgeons

• 2 Allergists

• 1 Head & Neck Surgeon

• 1 Neurotologist

You will be supported by 13 Audiologists and 6 Physician Assistants across 5 clinic locations in the eastern metro area of the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.

Our integrated model features an ambulatory surgery center, specialty divisions, and ancillary services, allowing physicians to practice at the highest level of their expertise.
