TDI Program Manager

Lead the collection, organization, validation, and tracking of program information and key performance indicators (KPIs) across all TDI districts. Develop and implement clear, efficient processes for gathering quantitative and qualitative information from TDI Fellows, partners, and internal stakeholders. Analyze program data to identify trends, measure outcomes, evaluate impact, and provide actionable insights. Create reports, dashboards, presentations, case studies, resource libraries, and other materials that communicate program progress and impact. Produce compelling, data-driven content to highlight TDI's impact. Improve reporting workflows and support the implementation of new performance measurement tools. Identify opportunities to strengthen data quality, consistency, and reliability across the TDI portfolio. Manage contracts and oversee consultant work products as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in architecture, planning, economics, community development, political science, public policy, real estate, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least one year of experience in creative or place-based community and economic development or a similar program management role in the public or private sector; three or more years of experience is preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience collecting, managing, analyzing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data to measure program outcomes and inform decision-making. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred: Graduate-level coursework or professional experience in program evaluation, communications, data science, journalism, applied mathematics, economic development, or a related field. Familiarity with community development, place-based initiatives, the creative economy, and/or impact measurement. Proficiency in a second language commonly spoken in Massachusetts Gateway Cities.
