The selected candidate will report to the Director of IT Infrastructure Operations and will be responsible for supporting various parts of the Agency's IT Department Logistical Processes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop, manage, and administer logistics policies, inventory control program systems; fulfill accurate and timely processing of orders for staff; as well as maintain asset management for existing assigned assetsResponsible for the full life cycle of implementing and supporting both physical and virtual assets, including ordering, shipping, receiving, tracking, configuring of equipment/assets, troubleshooting nonfunctioning equipment and record keepingIndependently complete compliance and surveillance initiatives, perform data cleanup and accuracy checks, documentation creation, provide timely reportingProvide support to users throughout the agency by independently diagnosing and remediating issues using industry practices. This may include off standard hours support.Respond to incoming phone calls, email messages, in person requests for support. Track issues via department tracking CRM systemQualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma (college preferred) preferred in related field3+ years' experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specifiedProficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, MS 365 software, CRM solutions and Purchase Order SoftwarePossess strong soft, time management, proactiveness, initiative skillsAbility to work effectively within a high paced team atmosphere and manage multiple projectsPosition requires daily in office work M-FAbility to lift 30 lbsCompany OverviewS:US IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERJoin a team of employees who care about the wellbeing of others.
