As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic retail and mall location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and visitors. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity. Pay Rate: $18.94 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, helping to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and other security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site management, Allied Universal leadership, and local responders regarding incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
