Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing tasks that utilize a lift truck including properly transporting carpet/yarn.
• Responsible for performing pre-shift daily inspection.
• Expected to follow all safety procedures for the job duties assigned.
• Responsible for loading/unloading elevated bins and lifting/moving objects.
• Responsible for maintaining all housekeeping items and follow all housekeeping procedures associated with the position.
• Responsible for placing recycle materials in correct containers.
• Responsible for all yarn transactions, greige roll transactions, and movement of yarn/raw materials both internally and between facilities through use of AS400.
• Responsible for movement of raw materials throughout the facility both physically and systematically.
• Responsible for returning yarn, primary, and other raw materials to dedicated bin locations.
• Responsible for entering production and yellow jacket operations.
• Responsible for loading/unloading and shipping/receiving trailers.

Education/Knowledge/Experience:

• Lift truck experience preferred.
• Basic English grammar and math skills required.
