Healthcare Data Analyst

Serving as the Provider Data Subject Matter Expert, the full-time remote Data Analyst - Provider Data Management will manage, validate, and enhance extensive healthcare provider datasets while ensuring data quality and driving insights for business decisions. Key responsibilities Manage a comprehensive dataset of over 10 million healthcare practitioners and organizations, ensuring accuracy and completeness Lead analysis and integration of diverse healthcare datasets to transform raw data into actionable insights Monitor data workflows and collaborate with teams to resolve data quality issues and implement solutions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Data Science, or a related field 2+ years of healthcare data management experience, particularly in provider data management In-depth knowledge of healthcare markets, provider information, and claims/revenue cycle Proficiency with data management tools and writing SQL queries Certifications in data management or healthcare analytics preferred
