Data Center Logistics Specialist IIPerform logistics duties within a data center including inventory management, asset management, and data management. Role is responsible for execution and prioritization of daily operational activities, completion of tasks within SLA and quality standards, and maintenance of high productivity while balancing accuracy and safety.Be able to complete the role and responsibility of a Data Center SpecialistAdjust workflows and priorities to meet operational demandsCommunicate and delegate workload changes within scope of responsibility to hit tasks within SLA and quality standardsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies within defined thresholdsEnsure proper tracking, labeling, and chain of custody of inventoryIdentify and enforce adherence to established SOPs, safety protocols, and handling guidelinesSupport audit readiness and corrective actionsCommunicate risks to SLA performance early and clearlyAssist with identifying root causes of errors, delays, or process breakdownsTake immediate corrective actions within authorityUse escalation pathways appropriately for complex issuesProvide timely, accurate updates to stakeholdersSupport seamless workflow handoffsSupport implementation of new workflows, tools, or layoutsShare and communicate best practices across shifts or teamsIdentify and escalate safety risks or hazards immediatelyParticipate in safety initiatives and reportingDemonstrate reliability and consistency in performanceHigh School Diploma or equivalent, required.Ability to read, write, and speak EnglishPrevious experience in a data center desirableAbility to utilize computerOur organization is an equal opportunity employer
