About the Role:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Mental Health at Wagoner Community Hospital plays a crucial role in providing compassionate and effective care to patients experiencing mental health challenges. Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a mental health setting.
- Certification in Mental Health Nursing (if applicable).
- Basic Life Skills 9BLS0
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of patients' mental health status.
- Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
