Come join our team ! We are hiring experienced LTC/Subacute/Vent 

LPN for all shifts

(every other weekend ) FULL TIME EVERY SHIFT -Sign on bonus up to $1000 after 90 days

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $31.94 - $34.88 per hour

• Duties and Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

• Responsible for direct care to residents and duties performed by C.N.A.'s and to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times 

• Care and safety of all residents under the guidance and direction of the Charge nurse and supervisor

• Accountable of narcotics, sedatives, and stimulants on the unit (Sole carrier of narcotic keys)

• Receive report from the previous shift - making note of any changes in residents condition

• Make rounds of all residents 

• Administration and documentation of treatments, and medications that are ordered by physician and other services

• Responsible for transcribing physician orders (including telephone orders) and ordering lab work and pharmacy orders when indicated in the absence of the charge nurse
