- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
- No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
- Medical card
Benefits

Join us as a Lease-Purchase driver and pursue ownership in as little as one year. Earn up to 80% of gross while operating late-model equipment — 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner trucks. Our lease plan is driver-friendly: no credit check, no down payment, and no balloon payment.

- Professional driving experience and the ability to operate dry van equipment
- Meet company hiring and leasing eligibility (training/verification may be required)
