Areas of Accountability

• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door
• Learn and deliver our "TRUE Experience" — a customer-first selling approach focused on connection, not pressure
• Support customers in finding the right fit, offering product knowledge and styling tips
• Contribute to a high-performing team culture where hitting goals is expected and celebrated
• Maintain store standards, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and shoppable
• Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displays
• Accurately and efficiently process transactions

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (bonus if you've worked in a high-volume store)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly
• A positive, team-first mindset and a passion for providing great service
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle physical aspects of the role

Compensation and Benefits

• $16.50/hour
