As a Manager you are to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities * Expertise in ERP Automation testing combined with Quality Engineering * Lead teams and manage client accounts with strategic planning * Advocate and uphold quality assurance standards and practices * Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance their skills * Assure project success and uphold top standards * Motivate and inspire team members to deliver quality work * Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations * Identify opportunities to enhance business success * Embrace technology and innovation to improve delivery What You Must Have * Bachelor's Degree * 5 years of experience * Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college What Sets You Apart * ISTQB, CSQA/CSQE or equivalent certifications * Consulting experience working in a Big 4 or major consulting firm Advocating and upholding quality assurance standards * Participating in reviews of user stories * Working closely with Product Managers and Solution Architects * Authoring Agile test plans and requirements traceability * Displaying proficiency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps * Offering UAT support and maintaining QA environments * Conducting regular reviews of quality assurance metrics * Collaborating with DevOps engineering team Travel Requirements Up to 60% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
