Position Summary The Licensed Mental Health Counselor provides high-quality clinical services to individuals and/or families in accordance with ethical, professional, and organizational standards. This is a full-time position that includes a comprehensive benefits package with a sign-on bonus of $5,000. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions in the delivery of services to individuals and families for the purpose of treating emotional and behavioral disorders. Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, substance use assessments, and behavioral health screenings and assessments. Conduct individual, group or family sessions as appropriate as documented in the treatment plan of the patient. Provide initial treatment planning for patients based on assessment and coordinate any additional services needed, revising as necessary. Maintain documentation of therapy services provided to each patient according to facility and professional standards and revise as indicated by facility or professional standard. Maintain a caseload. Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other staff to facilitate services for the patient, as appropriate to their treatment plan. May perform case management, discharge or after care planning as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Requires at least a master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in counseling, psychology or social work, or related field. Two or more years of experience working with individuals who have mental health disorders. Requires an LPC, LISW-CP or LMFT license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
