At Tractor Supply we strive to make the life out here a little bit better each day for both our neighbors and our teams._ It is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements: + Maintain regular and predictable attendance. + Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs. + Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures. + Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution. + Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce consistent operating standards. + Deliver Legendary Service and model selling behaviors as one of the top selling Team Members in the store. + Use A+ Coaching to train, coach, and follow up with Team Members during assigned shifts. + Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery. + Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery. + Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery. + Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including assigned standards and follow-up. + Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned. + Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices. + Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines as assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Manager. + In under $9M stores, report through and receive direction from the Store Manager for assigned area ownership. + In over $9M stores, report through and receive direction from the Sales Manager for assigned area ownership. + Support Store recovery while recognizing Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing are owned and maintained through Team Leader area ownership rather than the general Recovery SOP. + Operate cash register/computer, forklift, and other equipment as needed; assist customers with loading purchases. + Complete all documentation associated with the above job duties accurately and timely. + Obtain license or certifications as needed by the business. + May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Basic computer skills. Ability to read, write, and count accurately. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict. Ability to perform and execute principle responsibilities of Team Members. _Experience:_ Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driveru2019s license. _Education_ : High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
