Senior Contract Manager

Acquiring and managing right of way agreements for various projects, the full-time Senior Contract Manager will negotiate with private companies, landowners, and government agencies to support the company's fiber optic network while working remotely. Key responsibilities Draft and negotiate right of way agreements with various stakeholders Review title information, surveys, and maps to determine property ownership and encumbrances Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of right of way agreements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, law, real estate, financial management, or related field; Master's preferred Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in contract management, right of way acquisition, or land administration Expert knowledge of right of way acquisition principles and practices Experience in telecom, outside plant design, construction, or network planning preferred High proficiency in Microsoft Office and right of way software applications
