The outpatient clinics float nurse position is located in Aspen, Colorado. This role involves providing professional nursing care and administrative support across various outpatient clinics, including cardiology, endocrinology, ENT, general surgery, ophthalmology, pain management, primary care, and rheumatology. Job Details:

• Location: Aspen, Colorado
• Shift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN), unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start date, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be obtained upon hire), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing, 2 years of Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PCU)/Intensive Care Unit (ICU)/Critical Care Unit (CCU) experience, 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience, experience with EPIC electronic medical record system, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) from the Emergency Nurses Association, bilingual in Spanish
• Additional Information: Not accepting any Reason To Operate Management (RTOM); must be healthy enough to safely function at 8,000 ft elevation in low oxygen environment; housing is the responsibility of travelers, with typical costs around $3,500 per month for a 1-bedroom apartment in nearby towns such as Basalt, Carbondale, or Glenwood Springs; travel reimbursement is not specified.
