With over 4,000 babies delivered annually , our faculty collaborates closely with specialists in the region's largest NICU, integrating pediatric surgery, cardiology, and other specialties to provide tailored multidisciplinary care for each family. Through our partnership with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we deliver essential OBGYN services to underserved individuals and families. Our manageable call structure includes capped 24-hour shifts and post-call recovery days. Compensation and Benefits The expected starting base salary ranges from $330,000 to $390,000 , adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. Additional variable compensation for exceeding productivity benchmarks is paid semi-annually. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
