Job Description Job Description Join Our Skilled Nursing Team as a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team at one of our esteemed communities, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a ‘Best Nursing Home.’ Schedule: Full-time, working Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (based on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour night shift differential Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring participation in the daily life of residents. Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement care plans as necessary, while effectively supervising resident care. Coordinate assignments with care partners, ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members. Qualifications Valid RN license. Current CPR certification. Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care.
