You'll work at the intersection of technology, data, and customer experience, with the resources and support of a global financial leader behind you.As a Vice President, Small Business Payments Product Manager in the Connected Commerce Payments organization, you will lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for small and mid-sized business payment services. You'll act as the voice of the customer, developing scalable, resilient products that deliver measurable value. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will drive innovation from discovery through delivery, ensuring every product decision is grounded in data, strategy, and customer insight.Job responsibilitiesDefine and drive product strategy and vision that delivers meaningful value to customersLead discovery efforts and market research to identify customer needs and integrate insights into the product roadmapOwn, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap and value propositionLeverage data analytics, product metrics, user research, and competitive analysis to guide prioritization of product initiativesPartner with Design, Data, and Technology teams to deliver large-scale initiativesCollaborate with Risk, Controls, Compliance, and Legal partners to maintain a strong risk and control environmentManage production support, issue resolution, and defect prioritizationPublish regular executive reports covering product health, industry trends, and the voice of the customerRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills7 years of experience in product management or a relevant domain areaProven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementAdvanced knowledge of digital payments and the product development lifecycle, design, and data analyticsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Jira, Microsoft Office, and ConfluenceDemonstrated ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while managing multiple priorities and collaborating effectively across teamsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeep understanding of small business customers and their unique payment needsPrior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
