Join Rang Technologies as our Corporate Recruiter and build the team that powers our growth. About the Role We're seeking a dynamic recruiter to own our full-cycle internal recruitment efforts across all business units, from sourcing and interviewing to offer extensions. You'll represent Rang at career fairs, manage our talent pipeline, and support client recruitment as bandwidth allows. What We're Looking For 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience Expertise in sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment Strong organizational skills and ATS proficiency Ability to juggle multiple requisitions and stakeholder relationships Bonus : Experience in IT, engineering, or pharma/life sciences recruiting Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite) “We are an equal opportunity employer.
