Your Role Accountabilities… Be an integral part of the product design team that isevolvingCNN’s advertising products and footprints across desktop web, mobile web, mobile app, and video surfaces. Create user flows,mockups,andinteractive prototypesto effectively conceptualize product features. Help driveuser research sessionsand usability teststo better understandour consumers. Create, contribute, and maintain components for our design system. Champion our design principles, design systems and product roadmap, and serve our editorial teams’ needs. Play a role in shaping the future of CNN’smonetizationby collaborating with stakeholders and team members to brainstorm, envision, and validate newad products and footprints. Qualifications & Experience… 5+ years as a product designer, with at least 2 years inad tech,marketing tech, or growthdesign. StrongFigmaexperience, includingwithvariables, components, styles, and shared libraries. A good track record of product thinking, helping teams understand and prioritize the problems they’re solving as part of thedesign effort. Excellent written and verbal communicationskills. Proficiency in utilizing, creating and modifying design system components to create scalable, delightful user experiences. Experience workingon consumer-facing productswithin large-scale organizations. Bonus points for experience in news/media. A demonstrated ability to manage complex design challenges and a strong record of fostering cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment. Strength inbest practices of user experience design, including usability principles, user research methodology, testing techniques (A/B, Multi-Variant), design theory, and interaction design. Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience. How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important! Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $107,089.00 - $198,879.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
