Senior Product Analyst

The Data Science team helps Alma achieve its mission by leveraging data to inform business strategy and drive product innovations. As a Senior Product Analyst, you will apply your expertise in analytics and experimentation to improve Alma’s operational efficiency, create tools to empower providers, and make finding the right therapist more intuitive for clients. You will tackle challenging problems such as measuring the impact of care delivered through Alma and quantifying the supply/demand dynamics of the Alma platform. You will work closely with a cross functional team of product managers, software engineers, and designers to define and execute on the product roadmap. What you’ll do: Generate insights through statistical and causal analysis to inform product strategy and prioritization Design, execute, and analyze A/B testing experiments to validate product hypotheses Define metrics and create dashboards to measure product performance Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to define the product roadmap Identify opportunities and initiate new data science projects that drive company OKRs Communicate technical insights effectively to influence decision making Champion a data-driven decision culture Who you are: You have a Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative field (e.g. data science, computer science, statistics, economics) or equivalent 2+ years in industry experience You have 2-6 years of experience as a product analyst supporting user-facing product development.
