Facets is King: The absolute non-negotiable requirement is hands-on experience with TriZetto/Cognizant Facets modules (Claims, Enrollment, Provider, etc.).

Healthcare EDI: Must have explicit experience testing HIPAA 5010 EDI transactions (specifically 837, 834, 270/271, 278, 820, 999).

Test Automation: Needs working knowledge of modern automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
