Compensation (Southern California Market Competitive)

Automotive Sales Consultants in Southern California earn an average total compensation of $35,000 - $110,000+ annually , with high performers exceeding that range.

Our compensation structure includes:

• Competitive commission-based pay plan

Compensation complies with California pay transparency requirements and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Assess customer vehicle needs through effective communication and active listening
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, including test drives
• Guide customers through pricing, financing introductions, and purchase paperwork
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and delivery process to ensure satisfaction
• Follow up with prospects to generate repeat and referral business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, self-motivated, and performance-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Valid California driver's license and insurability required
