The supervisor partners closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and drive operational excellence.Lead & Develop PeopleSupervise and coach a team of 20+ production associatesEstablish clear expectations and accountability for safety, quality, and productivityProvide consistent feedback, recognition, and performance coachingSupport hiring, onboarding, and training of new employeesFoster a positive, respectful, and performance-driven team cultureDrive Operational ExecutionExecute daily production plans to meet customer and operational targetsPlan and organize work priorities, staffing, and workflowMonitor performance metrics and address gaps proactivelyCollaborate with Plant Manager and Plant Coordinator to anticipate operational needsEnsure Safety & ComplianceMaintain a safe working environment aligned with OSHA and internal safety standardsEnforce company policies fairly and consistentlySubmit timely incident documentation and corrective actionsPromote a safety-first culture across the production floorImprove ProcessesInvestigate operational deviations using root-cause analysisImplement corrective and preventative actionsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing effortsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and team effectivenessAdministrative LeadershipReview and approve timekeeping, overtime, and payroll adjustmentsMaintain accurate documentation related to team member performance and operationsCommunicate effectively across shifts and departmentsQualificationsWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking high-potential individuals who want to build a long-term career in operations leadership.
