Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Tucson, Arizona Status: Full Time or Part-Time (minimum 5 visits or 10 hours per week) Rates: $70 - $95 per visit depending on experience, plus mileage and travel time. Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury. Work as part of a home health team (RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, PT, SLP) focused on the patient’s plan of care and personal goals. Assess patient, observe deficits, establish therapy goals and document progress. Assist patient with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination. Suggest adaptive equipment such as grab bars and shower chairs to offer added support. Assess fall risks and introduce strategies to improve home safety. Educate patient and family on plan of care, exercises, goals and self‑care. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Arizona. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program. CPR certification (demonstration course required). Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card. Experience in home health preferred.
