Office Administrator Job Description Summary: The Office Administrator will support all aspects of branch operations and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound calls. Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers. Assist with administrative tasks and warehouse work as needed. Assist in product and service issues, purchasing, scheduling, facility maintenance, truck maintenance, and warehouse/office housekeeping as needed. Schedule inbound/outbound deliveries and manage inventory. Maintain project details, documentation, and orders for specific large projects. Handle AP/AR inquiries. Order office and warehouse supplies. Assist with inventory. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Excellent time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. Work Environment Office environment. Physical demands may include moderate walking, standing, climbing, light lifting and carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. No travel. Compensation Salary range $20.00 - $40.00. The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
