THE POSITION

Location: Prior Lake, MN (55372) Hours: Days Every Sunday & every other Friday 9-hour shifts Overnights Every other Saturday 10-hour shifts. Client Specifics: 10 year old with trach, vent, and gj-tube Location: Prior Lake, MN (55372) Hours: Days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9 or 10-hour shifts Client Specifics: 15 year-old with trach, and a ng-tube Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost. Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
