Job Description
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you’ll be responsible for building and assembling a variety of shipping and packaging components—such as pallets, racks, crates, and containers—to exact specifications. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in precision and quality, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against documentation
- Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping & receiving area
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred
- Familiarity with basic shipping systems (UPS/FedEx) a plus; training available
- Forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary range for this position is $18/hr. or more based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
