The Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner plays a vital role in providing high-quality outpatient care within collaborative practice settings alongside physicians. This position focuses on comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of chronic diseases to support patient well-being in outpatient clinics. Offering both independent practice under supervision and a team-oriented environment, this role provides meaningful opportunities for clinical growth and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and clinical diagnostics
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Manage chronic diseases and provide ongoing patient education
- Oversee medication management and adjustments
- Deliver preventive care and wellness services
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Required Qualifications
- Physician Assistant License (if applicable)
- Nurse Practitioner License (if applicable)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in family medicine
- Strong skills in patient assessment and clinical diagnostics
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Experience managing chronic diseases
- Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin speaking
