Industrial Maintenance Mechanic -- Hiring NowCenveo | Cleveland, OH | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift (Shift availability is subject to change)Cenveo, a leading envelope manufacturer, is hiring experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanics for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shifts to maintain, repair, and install production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Pay & SchedulePay Rate $25 - $32/hr hr depending on experience + shift premiums (2nd & 3rd shifts)2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3:25pm -- 11:25pm (Mon -- Fri)3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs)Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 7:15 am -- 3:30pm (Mon -- Fri)Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.Shift availability is subject to changePrimary DutiesPerform preventive maintenance, inspections, and part replacementsDiagnose mechanical issues and complete repairsInstall, align, and modify equipment and componentsRead technical manuals/blueprints and maintain maintenance recordsFollow all safety procedures and support other departments as neededJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent5+ years mechanical maintenance experienceStrong mechanical aptitude (hydraulics, pneumatics, gears)Skilled in troubleshooting and using hand/power toolsAbility to read technical documents; basic computer skillsWillingness to work overtime or assist with shift coveragePhysical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, carryingLift up to 50 lbs; push/pull up to 75--100 lbsExposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glueAbility to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentCenveo is an EEO EmployerINDCVOP
