Orthopedic Surgery Registered Nurse Program Coordinator

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse Program Coordinator – Ortho Surgery to lead coordinated, patient-centered orthopedic surgical care across the continuum. In this role, you will manage ortho surgery programs, streamline care pathways, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, rehab, and ancillary teams to optimize quality, safety, and patient experience. You will guide patients and families through pre- and post-operative care, monitor outcomes, support process improvement, and champion Intermountain’s mission-driven, team-based culture focused on compassion, innovation, and community health.
