$24 per hour, depending on experience Your Schedule Thursday & Friday: Off Saturday: 7 AM – 4 PM Sunday: 8 AM – 5 PM No late nights. A consistent, set schedule every week — so you can actually plan your life. Who We Are A-1 Total Service Plumbing is a growing residential plumbing company serving the greater Los Angeles area. Our dispatch team handles roughly 2,500 calls per month across four dispatchers, supported by a working dispatch supervisor who's in it with you every day. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment — and we're looking for someone who's done this before and can hit the ground running. What We're Looking For We're specifically seeking candidates with prior dispatch experience in a home services environment — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar. This role moves fast, and we need someone who already knows how to manage a busy call queue, coordinate field technicians, and keep customers calm and informed all at once. ServiceTitan proficiency is strongly preferred. Our entire operation runs on it — scheduling, dispatch, customer records, route optimization — and we don't have the bandwidth to train from zero. If you know the platform, say so prominently in your application. The right candidate brings: 1–3+ years of dispatch experience in home services or a related field Hands-on ServiceTitan experience (scheduling, dispatch board, job management) Strong phone presence — professional, patient, and efficient on every call Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball Organized and detail-oriented, with accurate data entry habits A team-first attitude and openness to coaching and feedback Comfort working one weekend day per week (built into the set schedule) Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus — our customers reflect the LA community What You'll Do Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency Schedule and dispatch technicians across the LA metro, optimizing routes in real time Maintain accurate job and customer records in ServiceTitan Communicate with customers via phone, email, SMS, and chat Confirm appointments and proactively handle scheduling changes Flag call trends and customer feedback to management Support the team with administrative tasks as needed What You Get $24 per hour, based on experience Set, consistent schedule with no late nights A collaborative team and a dispatch supervisor working alongside you Real advancement opportunities — we promote from within A path toward employee ownership as the company grows #J-18808-Ljbffr Repipe Specialists
