Case Manager: Housing & Benefits Navigator

CAMBA is hiring a Case Manager to assess needs, develop service plans, and coordinate access to housing, benefits, health care and education services for clients. You will conduct interviews, document progress, and advocate with outside organizations to secure community resources. Requirements include an associate degree with relevant experience or a high school diploma with four years of case management work.
