Maintenance Mechanic First Shift

Descripción King’s Command Foods tiene una oportunidad para un Mecanico de Mantenimiento I en nuestra planta de Versailles, OH. Como nuestro Mecanico de Mantenimiento I, usted realizará: Ayudar a mecánicos de mayor nivel con tareas tales como la prestación de servicio, reparación, ajuste y pruebas de máquinas, dispositivos, piezas móviles y equipos que operan principalmente según principios mecánicos, no eléctricos. Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo en la maquinaria de la instalación para asegurar que funcione al 100 % y así cumplir con los requerimientos diarios de producción. Reparación e intercambio de correas transmisoras. Apagar y bloquear el equipo cuando no esté en uso. Completar la documentación requerida (por ejemplo, registros de mantenimiento y reparaciones). Notificar al gerente o supervisor sobre cualquier mal funcionamiento o reparaciones necesarias. NOTA: Esta descripción no pretende ser exhaustiva. REQUISITOS
Requisitos Básicos: Debe tener 18 años o más. Debe poder trabajar en los Estados Unidos sin patrocinio de visa. Debe poder trabajar en diversas temperaturas de trabajo, calientes, húmedas, frías, mojadas o con superficies resbaladizas, a distintas alturas en y alrededor de equipos o piezas móviles. Debe poder cumplir con los requisitos físicos del puesto. Capacidad de trabajar horas programadas extendidas de lunes a sábado (ocasionalmente domingo) con horas extras diarias. Las horas de inicio varían según las necesidades de producción. Capacidad de completar entrenamiento en: Seguridad Seguridad, Calidad y Alimentos (SQF) Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP) Análisis de Peligro y Punto de Control (HACCP) Procedimientos Operativos Estándar (SOP) Defensa alimentariaREQUISITOS PREFERIDOS
