Before my 8 years with State Farm, I worked as an advisor for a large privately owned financial advising firm. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in finance and have built my agency with a strong focus on growth, development, and personal connection.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer calls to help with their needs.
• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
