As a Service Account Associate, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. By aiding and assisting with the current book of business, your goal is to help with customer needs while addressing gaps in their current coverage plan. Our agency is proud to serve Chanhassen and the neighboring communities. I offer team bonuses throughout the year and at year-end based on production, along with retirement matching and a health insurance stipend to support the team’s overall well-being. Before my 8 years with State Farm, I worked as an advisor for a large privately owned financial advising firm. I graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in finance and have built my agency with a strong focus on growth, development, and personal connection. Our office culture is positive, intentional, and focused on meaningful interaction. I understand that work can sometimes feel routine, especially in insurance, so I place a strong emphasis on coaching and continuous learning. My goal is to create an environment where each team member can grow professionally and personally, defining their own version of success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer calls to help with their needs.
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
