HR Coordinator

Job Summary Provides administrative support for a Director level position through the appropriate use of software and/or tools and maintains accountability for multi-faceted Human Resources work and projects within the regional entities. Essential Functions Utilizes the appropriate software application to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of workload. Coordinates and deploys various HR projects in partnership with Human Resources Business Partner. Functions as a key resource for compliance and regulatory audits as needed in the regional entities. Independently maintains accountability for completion of assigned projects. Develops, prepares and generates ongoing and ad-hoc special reports.
