Hybrid Work Schedule: On site Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Position Summary
The QA Tester will work closely with client teams and project
stakeholders to:
• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test
scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance
testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear communication
and timely resolution.
• Validate system changes and enhancements to support agency goals and
compliance with Client standards.
• Participate in project meetings, provide input on requirements from a
testing perspective, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Additionally, this role serves as a key member of the Client QA/BA team,
contributing to various QoL support requests and operational team
activities.

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years conducting comprehensive software testing
activities, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect
documentation, and process analysis to improve quality and reliability.
• Minimum of 5 years creating, refining, and managing test cases and
acceptance criteria within Agile development projects, including
supporting user story validation and participating in sprint ceremonies.
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with senior management to
communicate testing impacts, facilitate discussions on quality strategy,
contribute to risk assessments, and gain alignment on testing approaches
and defect resolution.
• Minimum of 2 years testing IT solutions designed for public use,
including validating functionality, accessibility, performance, and
security considerations for customer-facing applications.

Required Education:
• Bachelors Degree
Preferred Skills
• Recommended to have 2 years experience with ADA/WCAG accessibility and
compliance testing.
• Recommended to have 2 years experience with reviewing and triaging
vulnerability scan results.
• Recommended to have 1 year experience working with systems or programs
governed by state and/or federal regulations, ensuring quality practices
support compliance requirements.
